February marked the completion of our first year of work in Brazil.  We reflected on our time here, the challenges as well as the victories. We have survived each other in a one-bedroom apartment the entire time.  We’ve endured the Brazilian public transportation system, biking, and walking too.  Ministry-wise, we opened our first extension school, did seminars, and ministered countless times in churches and home Bible study groups. 

We will soon be starting Bible studies in the English language.  Our Bible Studies will serve as an evangelistic tool, offering an outlet for the many people who are studying English to be able to come on a regular basis and interface with people who actually speak the language accurately.

Our goal for this year is to gain a building to house Living Water Teaching – Brazil Our desire is to find a place which has space on the first floor for an office and classes, and an apartment on the second floor.   

All in all, we are encouraged as we look towards our future and the work that the Lord has called us to do in Brazil.
